Terms of Service

Last updated: October 19, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TableX, a crisis-simulation and team-training platform available at tablex.tech and demo.tablex.tech (the "Service"), operated by TableX ("TableX," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to it.

1. The Service

TableX lets organizations design, run, and review simulated crisis exercises — including timed scenario injects, participant decision-making, facilitated discussion, and after-action reporting. Some exercises use artificial-intelligence participants and non-player characters that generate responses during a simulation. TableX is a training and preparedness tool.

2. Accounts and organizations

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. Your content

You retain ownership of scenarios, materials, messages, and other content you submit ("Customer Content"). You grant TableX a license to host, process, display, and transmit Customer Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for your Customer Content, including having the rights and consents needed to use it in the Service. Do not place highly sensitive real-world personal data or live operational secrets into exercises unless your organization has approved doing so.

5. AI-generated content

AI participants and characters generate text and suggested actions during exercises. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate, and is provided for training purposes only. AI output is not legal, medical, safety, or other professional advice, and must not be relied on as a substitute for your organization's own plans, judgment, and qualified advisors.

6. TableX intellectual property

The Service, including its software, scenario frameworks, design, and branding, is owned by TableX and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted here, no rights are transferred to you. Feedback you provide may be used by TableX without restriction or compensation.

7. Fees

Certain uses of the Service require payment as described when you subscribe or in a separate written agreement. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TableX's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing. In no event will TableX be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TableX from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, liability, and indemnification) will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and the parties consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere.
